@daxshepard I’ve seen this in the past & just saw it again now pop up in my newsfeed. It made me think of your self-esteem regarding your dyslexia. I thought this was brilliant & that you might, too. Enjoy! https://t.co/LAWc7ciUwi
@DylanDreyerNBC for “ya know” problem:in college, my advisor had a “like jar.” Being broke college students, the like jar was the bane of our existence because we had to drop 25¢ or whatever in any time we used fillers, such as “like”, “um”, “ya know.” Maybe something similar?
Because I’m not one to only shout out a company when they’re being shitty but also when a rep is AWESOME: @verizon @VZWSupport #Maya in the NY call center was AMAZING. Top tier, 💯turned my entire mood around. #GiveHerARaise!
YESSS!!!! On to my THIRD call to @verizon @VZWSupport to just get my phone. DO 👏🏼 BETTER 👏🏼!!!! I’ve been a customer for manyyyy years; this is ABSURD!!!!
Come on @VZWSupport @verizon I’m shelling out a grand on a new device that I ordered Sunday; I’ve been on hold for over 40 minutes with your reps, trying to figure out why the order is still in “processing.” Can’t figure this out? Come onnn my phone is messed up & I need a new 1!
Wow. Haven’t used my Twitter in forever. Just wanted to shout out a customer service rep, Sean, @verizon for correcting a wrong from a sleazy indirect retailer that tried to pull a fast one. Thank you for your awesome service, Sean!
