It’s disappointing that it has come to this, but after exhausting every complaint process with @bookingcom, I am now preparing a small claims court claim.

No customer should have to spend months chasing a resolution after being left stranded and out of pocket.

@kayleighwesson @bookingcom I am in the same boat and i am getting no response from booking they keep giving me the same answer, im not even getting acknowledged on this app by them they owe me a 1.2k refund and its been over 45 days and they apparently understand my frustration @bookingcom

@navz_10 @bookingcom That’s terrible, I thought I had some luck via this app had some hope after they put the balance on my app as pending that then got taken away again once it was reviewed telling me I am not eligible. ATM including the scam I fell for almost 2k out of pocket!

@MartinSLewis please can you look into @bookingcom and make more people aware of this company, you probably all ready know this, but a lot of people are not aware and they need to be. I cannot believe they can get away with what they do to people.

@Paulster951 Thank you I knew that as I fell for this last week and was scammed £630 as a result of being desperate for my refund. I feel so silly for it but thank you for the warning I wish I knew this before 😭

@JustEatUK disgusted with the customer service in not refunding me, I ordered a lot of food last night to be given someone else’s order! Which was two meals costing no way near what we paid!! And not what we ordered! Please look into this
