My neighborโs mum is a business owner who deals in large sales, she just got scammed of Ghc45K this morning through Momo fraud๐!
Apparently she was supposed to send that amount to a client today then suddenly she got the call and the caller said he had been waiting and what time was she going to send the money. Due to the pressure she instructed her son to do the transaction only to find out later it was scam!
Theyโve called the number and itโs active still, MTN hasnโt helped! Is there any agency in Ghana that can do the tracking for her?
This is a dangerous man
His only problem is the fact that the political class is being prosecuted
He is resorting to threats etc to express his displeasure with the fact that the political class is being prosecuted.
This man is a dangerous politician!
If not today, I did not know you have to pay for a police report. Theyโve stolen my things, Iโve come to report it, they said I should pay and take the report. Wawu
This man is a dangerous politician who thinks heโs the wisest in the room whose MO is to take advantage of gullible people. He really doesnโt regard Ghanaians.
Anytime I listen to Afenyo Markins speak on the criminal justice system in this country he seems to suggest we should create a separate and distinct legal system to protect the political class and another one for the ordinary citizens of this country

Okujdato Ablakwa and Mahama must hear thisโฆ..
Not her alone but several people are facing this. So much corruption going government ministries. ๐ญ๐ญ
This video is a spectacular example of how NOT to do HIV public health education.
It is quite frankly, one of the worst attempts at public health education I have seen.
The best step is to report these things to us whenever it happens. Hospitals who are credentialed MUST not charge you for services covered under the NHIS. It is illegal. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO US.
Thank you for raising this, and I want to answer you directly, publicly, because you deserve that and so does everyone reading.
What happened to you is not right. It is not normal. It is illegal. If you are a valid NHIS member and you were charged for services and medicines the scheme covers, that is a co-payment, and no credentialed facility, public or private, is permitted to do it. Nearly GHยข400 out of your pocket at a government hospital while holding a valid card is exactly the practice we are working to end.
Two things you should know. This year alone, the NHIA has paid approximately GHยข1.46 billion in claims to facilities across the country, public, private and mission, so that they are reimbursed and have no reason to charge you at the counter. And we have reviewed and increased tariffs, which had been left untouched for years, so that reimbursement now reflects the real cost of treating conditions like malaria, medicines included. The excuse for charging illegally is gone.
So please let us make this right. Call our call centre or send us a DM with your receipts and the facility's name, and we will act on it.
And to everyone reading: this is exactly what you must report. Do not pay quietly and walk away. Tell us, with your evidence, and we will deal with it. That is the only way we end it, together. ๐ฌ๐ญ

Paid for literally every single bill at the government hospital despite having NHIS. almost 400gh+, so what exactly is the point of the nhis card? what makes the gov hosp different from the private one?
In May 2026, we filed RTI request to the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice seeking information on the recoveries the State has made in the Republic vs. Kwabena Duffour and 7 others case.
The Attorney-Generalโs Office did not release the information. We have sent an appeal to Dr Dominic Ayine to review the refusal to provide access to information.
Itโs yet another story of a public institution denying access to information under this government.
