To mimic gta 6 on an old game engine, this is mainly to show the people saying GTA 5 and 6 look the same, Noone is saying Gta 5 with Ultra settings. @playb0y4L If you want a 1:1 city go play flight simulator, it's the same reason why gta 6 doesn't just have hours of endless roads to get to the next destination it's stupid and the boring part of reallife, and you want the city to feel full, not larger and empty.
