Buffs, assistance from party members, circumstance bonuses, proper preparation are all things on the PLAYER to do. Your nat20 may fail solo but your 10 may success with help.

Hey there @Verizon I have a suggestion. Stop with the out sourced third party customer service and hire some teenagers here in the US. You are not paying to train the call center reps so you won't train the teenagers here either.

@Verizon But teenagers will understand the basic concepts of conversation and get real answers from customers. saving time for everyone involved. I just spent an hour and ten minutes trying to get an answer to 2 questions out of your customer service agents and it took 4 different agents.
