@TravelodgeUK very disappointed in the customer service.I booked 4 rooms 4 April at the stratford hotel,i did book the saver rate&contacted them as one of our party has suddenly passed away. I appealed to them 2 refund just 1 room but they have said there is nothing they can do.

help! my bag came off the baggage claim yesterday after my flight from Rome totally mangled &with a hole it in.I had a transfer pre booked and didn’t think to go seek help at the airport but I’ve now been told I should have waited and filled in a form what can I do?
