I need a kids self-help book on "living wholeheartedly" to introduce positive mental health habits to my 10yo. We have books on anxiety, self-regulation, growth mindset, etc. I need a proactive book introducing 10 guideposts. @BreneBrown any recommendations?! Please write one?!
