It was apparent from the evidence, both during the first trial & was presented even more clear during the second trial. Karen told us herself that she thought she'd clipped him, tagged him in the knee, or drove over his foot 🤷‍♀️

But I do feel for his family & the innocent witnesses who've been harassed incessantly & yet gave their all, twice, to put a murderer behind bars, to no avail, due to tainting of the jury pool & witness intimidation🤷‍♀️

Having said that, I don't want to see the verdict overturned because John's family's already been through more than enough grief & because, like O.J., Karen will undoubtedly be found guilty in civil court.

Between 80-90% of the jurors were already aware of the case so they were left with 10-20%, who either live under a rock or lied to get on the jury. This case, like Kohberger's, should have been moved out of Deadham.

That means all of those people knew they'd be harassed if they found her guilty. That leaves 10–20% who, in spite of that, still wanted to serve on the jury

@CWvKR_22117 @FrankFrank9494 @BostonDefender The lawyers can only strike so many jurors. Sadly, this was bound to be a hung jury, not-guilty or this bs OUI charge. Your jury system's broken. Very few stay because it's their civic duty, so the smartest jurors find ways to get out of it & then you're stuck with what's left 🤷‍♀️
