@Lowes your customer service is atrocious & your delivery people are even worse! They brought out a new washer, dropped it, damaged the tub, brought it in, set it up & left WITHOUT checking to make sure it worked. It didn’t. Trying to get someone to replace it has been impossible

You would think that I would have learned by now NOT to purchase anything from @Lowes that requires them to follow through on installation! Extremely poor service from the local store and up. People, go to Home Depot or ANYWHERE else!!

Customer Service for @BestBuySupport @BestBuy is HORRIBLE! Got to love it when you are speaking to a rep who says she can’t help you and then when you ask to speak to a manager she tells you that no one else can help you either. Really? Train your people better!

@ParamountHyundai, how can you intentionally send someone out in a vehicle that isn’t safe to drive when you supposedly have an “award winning” service dept? The service manager won’t even accept phone calls! I would strongly advise people to avoid this dealership/service dept!!
