It's been just over a month since we decided to switch to focus majority of our resources on gaming, specifically in East Asia, and help bridge the gap for games and other chains. So how are we doing so far? Seems like we have gained quite a bit of believers judging from this chart.

BTW, I'm using chart to demonstrate since majority of people judge progress using price and FDV. This is not meant to be a financial advice.

We are definitely still small and has a lot of growth potential. We may have started in an area in gaming, but being a gaming chain is still a new thing to us and we are learning fast. I think we have finally landed a model that works for us and all parties we work with. Because of that, we are looking to accelerate from here.

So how early are we exactly?

Saakuru Labs: $9m FDV
Xai: $994M FDV
Beam: $2.18B FDV
Ronin: $2.29B FDV
Avalanche: $21.64B FDV

So yea...we have a long way to go. 2025 is going to be there year we prove to everyone what we are capable of and we are looking forward to turn all the doubters to believers.

The next few things we are working on:

1. Introducing Web3 components to increase retention and revenue for a game that's already grossing $65m in Web2. If you have been following, you probably can guess which one this is.

2. Taking one of the major Web3 games live in Asia with the help of some of the largest Web2 publishers in the regions. Can't mention the name, yet, but this game has very high potential.

3. Taking successful Web3 games from the east to the west. These are games that most people probably never even heard of, but are already generating millions in revenue.

4. Introduce our gaming incubation program to help game studios with potential navigate the experimental space of Web2 gaming.

5. Exploring AI and launch a meaningful gaming-specific AI agents. We have a lot of ideas and we want to make sure we innovate and solve the real problems game studios are facing.

6. Take games we are already working with live.

So what happens with non-gaming side of things? They will continue to exist since we still get constant deals coming through since we have capacity to handle them either internally or through our partner network. The next RWA project to go live is in early Q1 2025. Other initiatives including gamified experiences in sports and entertainment, etc, will also go live sometime in 2025.

This is just an early reflection. We still have another 3 weeks to go in December. I will provide more updates and share more about what can be expected in 2025 again soon.
