No longer TOS to watch live stream of suspended streamers

Today, we're making a change to our Suspension Evasion Policy to help provide clarity around what is allowed when viewing content created by a suspended streamer:

✅ Moving forward, our Community Guidelines will allow you to discuss or react to VODs or livestreams from suspended users.

⚠️ Hosting a suspended user directly on your stream, sharing their content verbatim without reaction or discussion commentary, or having a suspended user participate on your channel is still not allowed.

Sharing commentary is a big part of the Twitch experience, and we believe this update strikes the right balance – it helps ensure suspensions are honored, while giving our community room to discuss topics that are of interest to them. 💜

We've added additional details and information in our Community Guidelines, linked below. As a reminder, channel owners are responsible for the content shared on their channel, and all content must abide by our Community Guidelines:
