@edzitron@StevenBartlett Zitron is as dangerous as Trump. He has a point on spending, but this demagogue believes demand is 100% made up. Says nothing about specifics driving demand, just IDs inconsistencies in reporting….soooo, it MUST all be fake. People must stop giving him a platform. JFC
@TheICHpodcast And if you have 30 million and you’ve earned it and it wasn’t just given to you, then you’re not wired for settling for T bill returns for the rest of your life. You’re wired for something else completely. I’ve already wasted too much time on this.
@TheICHpodcast I obviously don’t know this guy, but these comments make him look like a complete and total douche bag. Who is he talking to? 30 million? GTFO
I’m going to assume Trump announced yesterday about the CA tariffs. Why? We all know why, come on. Yesterday was Tuesday and we all can say it together… TACO, TACO, TACO, TACO, TACO, TACO, TACO-Tuesday!!!! #trump@realDonaldTrump
@nickgerli1 Declining prices if orderly and near “market” levels (4-5%/yr) is probably OK. It’s when a massive amount of sellers MUST sell, that’s when it crashes like in 08/09. Biggest risk is the unholy appreciation. Those 20% up years have to come back down and probably violently.
@JoshTradeOption I have 29’s expiring today. I’ve decided to close out with a smaller profit than allowing them assigned. They are trading just below strike now and I don’t want to own them. I have 30’s for next week and probably will be assigned. Not happy about that so I’m on the other side.
@optionscjp@Sam_Badawi so depressed on what's happened with $NVDA. I know this is just fear talking, but feels like they are spinning out of control. like they need to do WHATEVER to keep up the appearance this thing keeps going. All my 30k shares will prob sell on this news. seriously bummed.
@optionscjp@Sam_Badawi completely agree. really concerned as a LT $nvda holder. their backstop has to be over $1T now. what are they doing? this makes no sense anymore. people are selling first, figuring it out later or never. just get the hell out of the way
every time I touch $NVDA I lose money. I buy calls, sell calls, buy puts, or sell puts. Every time I lose money when I try to trade it. I'm up tons as a long term holder, but trading, it is as unpredictable as the weather.
@WealthCoachMak Why do they call selling a put a “short put”. Intuitively puts are short the price but if your position is a sold that should be a long put position right? It’s weird to me
Some of the very best advice one can get. Avoidance and delay ALWAYS makes it worse. Attack what’s broken, do so immediately with small steps or big ones, but consistency build momentum - nothing else. Be consistent
Underrated life advice: A good life is built by simply doing uncomfortable things sooner. The delayed conversation gets harder. The ignored problem gets bigger. The small repair gets more expensive. Peace is never found through avoidance. It’s found through direct early action.
@DavidSacks is wrong in so many things. I disagree with all kinds of shit this guy says. But he’s 100% right on this. I’m actually finding myself agreeing with him quite often on lots of stuff. I have no idea what “winning this” looks like, but we need more voices like his.
This is concerning. For the first time, a Chinese model Kimi K3 has taken #1 on the Frontend Code Arena and is scoring at or near the frontier on other benchmarks.
Meanwhile America is tying itself in knots: politicians and bureaucrats are banning new data centers, piling on state regulations, and pushing for new federal agencies to pre-approve frontier models.
This is how you lose the AI race. The rest of the world won’t play by our rules if we bog ourselves down. Permissionless innovation is how America won the internet and became the technological envy of the world. We can do it again with AI -- while addressing risks in a targeted way -- or we’ll watch our lead evaporate.
@CNBC Remember, the press did their job here. It worked. The result made sure nobody was lying to themselves about this new plane. Same as “eat your vegetables, kids”.
