@united @iah United CS kiosk was backed up by 200-300+ people for hours. We also had to pay out of pocket to get back transport to our city so we could get the animals in the comfort of their home again. What a disaster. United Airlines, do better.

@united Unfortunately I did try this option and the agent helping via chat was no help at all. Thankfully we spoke to someone over the phone and after 1.5 hours we were rebooked. However she failed to mention I needed to check in for the new flight and we almost lost it as well.

This, plus I suspect the strikes (although they won’t admit) played a part in yesterdays chaos for all of us travellers. @united

@united @iah wanted us to live at the airport for 2 days with a cat & dog in tow. Completely unacceptable. We were able to be rebooked to another city which ended up being delayed 3.5 hours taking off around 1am. No consideration for their travellers.

Worst travel day ever @united @iah a 3 hour flight turned into 7+ with a diversion to another airport to refuel without allowing us off the plane & no meals - snacks only. Another hour+ back to Houston to find our connection was cancelled and they couldn’t rebook us until Tues..
