@DirtAndSprague I’m enrolled in a monthly membership. I have a black vehicle that shows every speck of dust/dirt so I go through a wash and vacuum weekly.
@HuskyBlazerFan@nickdaschel Seattle had how many multi billion dollar businesses to support their economy. Portland is pushing all of theirs out. It will be 100x worse than what happened to Seattle.
@dwightjaynes Serviceable big men are very hard to come by in this league. If you give him up, without a doubt you will regret it. There are always good wings available and the drop off is huge at the center position compared to that of a wing.
@dwightjaynes Decent centers are so hard to get. When you have one, you need to keep him. Wing players are always available and the drop off between wings isn’t nearly as much as it is with centers. Trade whatever picks and Shaden or Scoot and Grant. Keep Clingan
@LaurelhurstCafe@ChadinRipCity They pay for upgrades to their own space that is for their exclusive use in commercial contracts. Moda is a city owned building that the Trailblazers use for less than 25% of the time otherwise it’s used for concerts, Fire, and other events.
@LaurelhurstCafe@ChadinRipCity Since when does a tenant pay to upgrade a building that they don’t own? The city owns the building and it’s 30 yrs old without any significant remodel. The city needs to be a responsible landlord and take care of their property.
@TrojanFBx Where do they rank for avg star per recruit? It’s not difficult to have a “#1” when you have quantity over quality. Even with that the Ducks will sign Henry and take the #1 slot with at least 10 less recruits. Keep dreaming and living in the ducks shadow.
@jscukanec Not to mention that Judge did his in a hitters ballpark. Cal’s was done in a pitcher’s park. Huge difference in the offense stats. Cal should’ve been a gold glove catcher as well.
