@MBonvoyAssist what’s going on at the pompano beach resort in Florida?? My parents arrived yesterday and the oceanfront suite they booked was somehow not available. They were moved to a much smaller room for the night and not moved to the correct room until late this afternoon.

@HiltonHonors so far disappointed in my experience at the Hilton cabana Miami Beach. No upgrade for gold member, no towels at the pool, construction blocking the entrance, and loud construction noise at the pool. Should have gone with Marriott I guess.
