Please see the fate of my air conditioner. Just in Nov’25 I got a new cooling coil and gas recharge from @UC_Assist and look at the ice formation. You give only 3 months warranty I paid almost ₹8k for these services and it doesn’t even last a year. Ref: 6979bb102cc5500027711048

@UC_Assist@urbancompany_UC I have taken a fresh repair appointment and another technician from Urban Clap has seen this November coil and told me that the job done was pathetic and again I’ll need a new coil.

You should take responsibly of failure of your products and services within a short time frame, it’s been only been 6 months and my 8k worth repairing hasn’t lasted. It’s not been 2 years that you’re avoiding accountability.

@zomatocare Haha ur team guy called me and offered ₹200 as compensation for waiting for 2 hours and then the order gets cancelled. WOW. I’m not accepting anything less than the order value as compensation. Pls ensure this is resolved before it escalates. @zomatocare
