@MartinSLewis Recommend remove Santander as a switch option on your website. I've honoured all requirements as agreed by 4 folk from Santander & have not been paid the incentive. They all blame each other, lie and state I don't qualify when I have written emails to the contrary.

@santanderuk Do not trust Santander Switch Offer incentive. Told, "you don't qualify for the switch" after acting on their own offer?? I have emails to the contrary and 3 agents confirmed "ok". The bank can't be trusted in my experience. Other issues too! Don't bank Santander

@easyJet 7am flight to Geneva from Edinburgh 17.09.23 cancelled at 5.45am. The only other flight was to Basel 12 hrs later. No compensation.!!! Cost us a night at Basel airport hotel as it was too late for travel to original holiday accommodation. Avoid this airline!!

@Edinburgh_CC Suspect a bin lorry has allegedly knocked over a residential wall in Dalmeny road EH64QY. Matter reported to Police but need to report this to the council. CCTV awaited and witness reports etc. where can I report this on the council website. Please advise?

@British_Airways Your system does not allow one booking when you use avios to upgrade. No premium economy on local flights. It is BA that has cancelled and can easily see BA onward travel booked but refuse to move it. BA has inconvenienced me! Make good BA!!! Treat customers fairly.
