Dear @oppo, in recent days, you signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ITSAL to be your official agent in Syria. However, the company you signed with is directly owned by a war profiteer who was an economic arm of the Assad regime in Syria and is subject to US and European sanctions (Total of 21+ Sanctions) his name is Mohammad Hamsho.
This person is detested in Syria; the mere presence of his name in any project is enough for Syrian buyers to avoid it. I believe you are making an unintended and ill-considered mistake regarding who you sign your agreements with, and Syrians have already begun organizing a campaign to boycott your products if the agency is not withdrawn from this person.
I wish you success in Syria through someone else. As Syrians, we are trying to build our country far from the remnants of the Assad regime, its financiers, and the war criminals who contributed to the suffering of Syrians. We would be happy to have you in Syria without being in direct partnership with this person.
I hope you take this matter seriously.

@matteo_gobbi I've been using IPTVX for years. It is the best IPTV app I ever used and have the best GUI. I have 2 point to raise:
1. An option to stop playing next episode automatically.
2. Resting watched episode is confusing, many options for progress and watched

Documentation of the Killing of At Least 22 Civilians, Mostly by Snipers, at the Hands of the SDF in Raqqa Governorate on January 18
Damascus – The Syrian Network for Human Rights @snhr
On January 18, 2026, Raqqa Governorate witnessed a large escalation in military operations, represented by the outbreak of armed movements of a tribal and popular nature against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in a number of villages and towns of the governorate and neighborhoods of Raqqa city, including the western countryside, the southeastern countryside and the city center. Tribal fighters managed to seize control of multiple areas and locations, while the Syrian Democratic Forces blew up key bridges at the city's entrances. During these events, snipers belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces were positioned on the roofs of buildings and directly targeted civilians, resulting in deaths and injuries among the residents, including civilians who did not participate in the fighting, coinciding with a partial withdrawal of elements and leaders from the same forces. It is worth noting that these developments coincided with military operations by the Syrian army in areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces in the Aleppo countryside, its control over the cities of Deir Hafer and Maskana, and its approach to the borders of Raqqa Governorate.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented, in a preliminary count, the killing of at least 22 civilians, including 3 children, by the Syrian Democratic Forces in Raqqa Governorate, during the events that took place in the governorate on Sunday, January 18, 2026. The Network verified that all the victims documented in this count did not participate in the clashes or in the attacks by tribal fighters on the Syrian Democratic Forces’ positions.
According to the SNHR’s field monitor in Raqqa, and based on reliable local sources, the patterns of killing targeting documented civilian victims were as follows:
· 12 civilians killed by sniper fire.
· 5 civilians, including a child, killed by direct gunfire.
· 2 children killed by ground shelling targeting residential areas.
· 2 civilians killed by a suicide drone strike.
· 1 civilian abducted by members of the Syrian Democratic Forces on January 18, 2026, and found dead the following day.
SNHR was also able to identify the locations of the documented civilian deaths so far as follows:
· Raqqa City: 12 civilians, including one child.
· Tabqa City/Western Countryside: 5 civilians, including two children.
· Al-Karama District/Eastern Countryside: 1 civilian.
· Al-Jadidat Village/Eastern Countryside: 1 civilian.
· Al-Hawas Area/Eastern Countryside: 1 civilian.
· Hazima Road/Northern Countryside: 1 civilian.
· Near Al-Aqtan Prison/North Raqqa: 1 civilian.
Late last night, #SDF gunmen lined up 21 Arab men and executed them point blank outside #Kobani.
In a series of graphic videos released today, one Kurdish militant mockingly counts his victims. In another, Arabs are threatened with more reprisal attacks.
~48hrs into ceasefire.
I warned Europe for years.
PKK’s self-rule in Syria was never sustainable.
I said it would end - one way or another!
Now it is.
And as predicted, chaos follows.
This isn’t shocking.
This is the cost of ignoring reality!
This is my view: the Syrian Democratic Forces should be condemned in the strongest possible terms for releasing - whether deliberately or through gross negligence - ISIS prisoners!
There is no excuse for this. Releasing ISIS detainees is not a “security failure” - it is an act of extreme irresponsibility that endangers civilians, fuels terrorism, and destabilizes not only Syria but the entire region!
The continued control of ISIS prisons and security institutions by SDF/PKK structures is fundamentally unacceptable. Detention centers holding ISIS fighters are not bargaining chips, and they cannot be left in the hands of non-state actors with political agendas. Every time these prisons are used for leverage or “security blackmail,” ISIS benefits!
In my view, all prisons, detention facilities, and security institutions must be placed under full control of the Syrian state. There is no alternative if ISIS is to be defeated permanently. Fragmented authority, militias, and parallel governance are exactly the conditions that allowed ISIS to survive in the first place.
Allowing the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and PKK-linked forces to retain this power is not just a threat to Syrian sovereignty - it is a direct threat to regional and international security!
Whether the international community likes Damascus or not is irrelevant. State authority is the only framework capable of securing prisons, enforcing accountability, and preventing terrorist resurgence. Anything else is illusion, and we are already seeing the consequences!
This experiment has failed. The cost is being paid by Syrians - and it won’t stop there if this continues.
Local authorities in Deir Hafer, eastern Aleppo, said Thursday that the SDF organization is preventing civilians from leaving the city through a humanitarian corridor announced by the Syrian Arab Army.
#Syrian_Arab_Army#Aleppo#Deir_Hafer
~1,000 civilians left #SDF areas & entered gov't-controlled #Aleppo today -- along a humanitarian corridor declared by #Syria's Defense Ministry.
All ~1,000 came on foot or boat, some crossing a bridge destroyed by the #SDF 48hrs ago, as the #SDF blocked vehicular movement west.
PKK led SDF militias are once again using civilians as leverage.
They are actively blocking families from leaving Deir Hafir, east of Aleppo, despite a humanitarian corridor officially announced by the Syrian Arab Army.
This is collective punishment, human shielding, and a war crime!
In the past hour:
- A young civilian killed by #SDF-linked shelling on al-Nil Street.
- A female gov't paramedic was shot & injured in an ambulance at an evacuation point by an #SDF-linked sniper.
- An #SDF-linked mortar shell struck a restaurant near the al-Rahman Mosque.
We express our sincere gratitude to the U.S. Senate for its support of the Syrian people through its vote to repeal the Caesar Act. We consider this step a positive development that opens new horizons for cooperation and partnership between our country and the world.
