@AnthonyPoschen@Pirat_Nation If the EOL is 5 years, then the Steam machine is already there since it's running hardware comparable to GPUs and CPUs from almost a decade ago. It's running RDNA2, we are coming on 5.
@SamHulick You can install steamos so the window drivee things is kind of moot, installing steamos on your own pc now gives you 2, 3 and likely 4 as well. The price is bad cause the specs are bad. It's objectively a bad purchase for the performance you will get.
@omgsidewalks Serious answer. The can use recycled water, in fact many large scale data centers do, the downside is cost and the space required to do it is immense. As for waste water, you can't use waste water as it is. Water itself is a great thermal conductor, but that lowers when dirty
@NovaRedMining You guys are seriously fucking retarded for hiring this person. You've probably just drawn insane negative attention and likely push back from the vast majority of Canadians.
@bavedikian@BestBuy@FedEx That wouldn't be on best buy, that would be on FedEx since it's their driver. BUT if it's such a concern, just do a charge back on your CC
@Rhymestyle@PSAcard I don't see why anyone would use PSA anymore given everything that's gone on with them. All the controversies prove they have a serious problem over there.
@JoshuaHawkrayl@sysjoltcom@Grummz What you pointed out is literally a problem with Nvidia and their driver support, not the os itself. So if the reality is that the drivers are the problem, its likely it can be fixed.
@16bitnights@IntCyberDigest As an indie dev, you could literally start the process of this support during regular game development, avoiding the need for a "patch". It's likely most of the engines you use already support this function as well.
