I got the opportunity to compete at Shawnee Mission North Relays yesterday. I competed in the 400 and ran 52.99. Last meet before conference and was able to compete against the best in the state and watch some amazing athletes destroy records.

Today I ran at Caney Valley and ran the 4x800 which we now hold their JV and Varsity meet records. I competed in the 200 and ran a 23.85 which is a new PR and got 5th overall. Also competed in the mixed 4x400 which we finished 2nd. Awesome day meet 1 of 2 this week!

Competed at Willard today and we flew! 1:35.72 in the 4x200, 45.82 in the 4x100, and a new PR of 2:04.08 placing 3rd overall. No matter how tough the competition gets or how bright the lights are I’m going to show up and give it my all! Love competing and can’t wait to continue!

First home meet ever! I competed in our 4x100 which got third overall. Ran a new PR in the 400 with a 52.91 which got me 2nd place. Also ran the 200 meter and got 4th overall. Overall another good meet and can’t wait to get back to work!

Even though indoor season is over had to return one more time due to weather. Was apart of our 4x200 that ran a 1:36.26. I competed in the 60m for the first time and ran a 7.48. And ran a new PR in the 800 with a 2:06.93. Overall great meet and can’t wait to get outdoors!

Big day at Pitt States indoor track meet! Two big PRs in the 400m and 200m. 400:52.97 200:24.00. Great start to 2025 and can’t wait to go back to work and get ready for the next meet.

Watco's Divison C just achieved a never been done in Watco first. The entire divison, all 17 terminals and 120 team members, celebrated one year personal injury-free on August 29.
