When children don't get the EA support they need, it harms the dignity of those children. Students suffer when qualified DECEs are unable to support classroom learning.
Tell PDSB: Respect our kids and the important work @OPSEU2100 EAs & DECEs do with them: https://t.co/bwYhMtlXuN
@MsAndreaMarie_ @OPSEU2100@ESL_fairy I don’t disagree but when it comes to the school boards - it’s all about the employer and how they treat their employees ( my board anyways) especially when we see 1st hand where board directed funds go- catered lunches / Reno’s etc. but there’s no money 🤷🏻♀️
Eagerly anticipating our return to the bargaining table on January 24th, striving for a deal that's fair and respectful to all.
EAs and DECEs are the backbone of #OntEd Hopefully the employer shows them the respect they deserve
@OPSEU @PeelLabour
🚨ATTN🚨@PeelSchools parents a local strike is possible at PDSB due to ongoing negotiations with the Peel Board - which from the sounds of it are not going well. Hoping this can be avoided. https://t.co/0edtPn7ocd

Its time to say #EnoughIsEnough ! Every YES vote sends a powerful message to our employer Its a declaration that we wont settle for less than what we deserve
Lets stand together!
