We are proud to announce the launch of a new shared Quality improvement framework for the early learning and childcare sectors, developed jointly by the Care Inspectorate and HM Inspectors.
Our teams have worked tirelessly to co-develop the framework, ensuring it reflects the voices and needs of practitioners, providers, and wider stakeholders. It is designed to help providers identify their strengths and areas for improvement, ultimately supporting better outcomes for children and families.

🎉 Congratulations to Scotland's newest solicitors 👏
This morning we formally welcomed 71 new Scottish solicitors to the profession at an admissions ceremony held at the Signet Library in Edinburgh.
In our sixth ceremony of the year, our President Susan Murray presented each admittee with a certificate of enrolment. They were also congratulated by our Vice President, Pat Thom, Acting Chief Executive Kevin Lang and guest speaker Kenny Robertson.
🌟 As Head of Innovation and Technology in Legal and Regulatory Affairs at NatWest, Kenny encouraged the new solicitors to have patience, be curious and "be brave enough to be yourself, even when you feel an urge to conform to something you are not."

A really worthwhile read and a great starting point for professional discussion, particularly for those working with under 3s. It highlights the pedagogical importance of care routines, including enacting rights and agency and making the most of literacy opportunities. #BeingMe
HM Inspectors see lots of examples of success during their inspections. We have worked with settings to turn these examples into case studies to provide a useful resource for educators. This week we’re highlighting the approaches taken at Douglas Academy: https://t.co/Ft7R5xGDif
