Nigerian Man Caught at Dublin Airport with Fake Portuguese Passport Trying to Flee to Canada
A 26-year-old Nigerian national, Ibrahim Makonjuola of Clondalkin, Dublin, was arrested at Dublin Airport on Monday morning as he attempted to board a flight to Canada using a forged Portuguese passport.
The man, carrying two large suitcases, was intercepted at Terminal 1 departures. He faces charges under the Immigration Act for failing to produce a valid passport as a non-national, and under fraud legislation for possession of a false instrument.
Gardaรญ confirmed the passport was fake after official checks. Makonjuola had entered Ireland from Cyprus, claiming his life was in danger in Lagos, Nigeria. He has lived in Ireland with known addresses and receives social welfare.
Bail was refused at Dublin District Court, with the judge citing him as a significant flight risk. He was remanded in custody to appear again later this week.
This case underscores ongoing issues with identity fraud and illegal travel attempts by foreign nationals at Irish airports.
This Malawians situation must help many understand how bad illegal immigration crises is in South Africa.
KZN province has 3 cities, with Durban being the major city.
Durban has over 400 informal settlements where millions of illegal immigrants reside per nationality.

This video serves as a reminder that in South Africa, we are governed by morons who can't reason at all. People who cannot protect the future of their country, all they know is looting the state.
We are in SERIOUS TROUBLE with the current leaders.
Celebrating South Africaโs downfall in the World Cup wonโt help your country get back on its feet. Thatโs just a defeat away from home, yet you were defeated at home, found refuge in South Africa, and now youโre hating on them? Make it make sense.
The Nigerian government is fighting a loosing battle against the notorious defecators.
Only 126 government areas are allegedly open defecation free out of 774, this means that 80% of the Nigerian countries is open public pooping, this includes national roads near from Lagos airport.
