Dear Sir, Thanks for your efforts to come out of this pandemic. I would request you to insist private offices( Service+ Manufacturing) in Mumbai & Pune for work from home for all possible positions. #MissionBeginAgain

Decision to reopen is appreciated by all employees, however, attending office made compulsory when most of us can manage work from home like we are doing from last 2months. Leaves get deducted without considering people moved out of base location. You think its fair practice?
