Pune private offices were assuming attendance limited to 30%,now with latest notification it is increased to 50%. It may force employees to attend offices per week more days than earlier and result in less chances of social distancing @mohol_murlidhar

Sad part is, In private offices,there is no voice to speak with management. In such times, govt authorities can play influencing role to bring new normal,where location shouldn't be constraint to work

For any manufacturing organisation Production, Supply chain & Sales are prime functions while other functions as Marketing, Finance, HR etc are supporting functions, I suggest Ministries to insist corporates to implement work from home initiative for supporting functions #wfh
