The ending of the Jason Arday story should just fill us with sorrow.
This knee-jerk reaction to appoint blame does not allow us to digest all the events and recognize that we must prudently govern our own selves and avoid the whisperings that feed our basest human impulses.
Blaming others is a base reaction.

Now, the first thing to do in a tragedy is to appoint blame. I don't know that this is universally appropriate.
