@GMB there is no help for children with disabilities on an EHCP! Even though the schools still receive the extra funding the parents are being told there will be no provision in place for them for a return even though all their peers are returning!

@homeaway I am aware of that! I am stating that you told me I would be refunded. You then sent me the general email stating a refund would be possible. Now you say no refund! You have changed your terms and conditions it’s visible on your website - they are different from when I booked!
