@LifeLabs I ended up getting an email saying I will now receive a manual cheque with my refund within 4-8 weeks. So it may take over 4 months to get my refund... that is wild! Warning to anyone waiting for their refunds.

@LifeLabs it's been over two months since I requested a refund on my PCR test. I've called support and the team keeps telling me they'll put an escalation on it... Are you having some kinda of cash flow problem or something? Why is it taking so long?
