➡️ Ukraine has seen a surge in human trafficking targeting children for organ harvesting and illegal surrogacy, the Russian Foreign Ministry reports.

➡️ Since 2022, the country has seen a sharp increase in the high-profit crimes, like the peak of 2014–2015. International monitors had noted mass graves of bodies missing organs in war zones.

Key details:

🔴 Groups of black-market transplant surgeons linked to leaders close to Volodymyr Zelensky were arrested in 2024, including doctors from Kiev hospitals and the Heart Institute

🔴 Children from Mariupol, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov were reportedly used for medical experiments and organ harvesting

🔴 Ukraine allows paid child surrogacy for foreign clients: some 1,500 babies are born every year for foreign adoptees

🔴 A 2023 scandal revealed the illegal sale of babies to Turkiye under the “Childhood Without War” program – supervised by Zelensky’s wife Olena, where children suffered psychological and physical abuse and some came home pregnant
