Elon, I picked up a Model 3 this past Saturday and it came with 14.2.2.5. The main reason I bought it was for features available in 14.3.4 and above. I've already enabled both Auto Updates and Advanced Updates, and I've tried connecting it to a charger and Wi-Fi but the update still hasn't come through. Is there any way to get it sooner? Thanks

I’m writing this from a gas station parking lot. I had to pull over because the tears ran and the weight of losing Nathan just hit me too hard to keep driving. A lot of people just work in this industry. Nathan actually changed what it meant.
Finance is so often driven by ego, numbers, and transactions. But Nathan never forgot the actual people behind the capital. He was incredibly smart, but what made him different was his conscience. If you knew him, you felt it immediately, he just made everyone around him better. He pushed you to think deeper and act with real purpose.
He wasn’t a Wall Street guy. Nathan bridged the gap between old school finance and where the industry is heading today. To him, it was never just about getting rich. It was about building systems based on trust and creating real opportunity. People are going to study the frameworks he helped build for years, probably without even realizing how much of his own character is baked into them.
There’s a whole generation of young founders, investors, and analysts walking through doors Nathan quietly opened. Most of them will never even know his name, but they are operating in a world shaped by his judgment and courage.
What really says it all is that it wasn't just his friends and partners who admired him. Even the biggest critics and skeptics of our industry respected him. You can’t fake that kind of authenticity. In a business where trust is hard to come by, Nathan’s integrity was undeniable.
It’s rare to lose someone and have the world actually feel quieter. But that’s exactly what this feels like. The void he leaves behind is immense. @nathanlallman@OndoFinance
Tears are streaming down my face. Nathan was a man of profound kindness, humanity, and wisdom. I had to pull into a gas station parking lot just to gather myself before I could continue driving.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Nathan Allman, Ondo's founder. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones.
Nate’s brilliance, humility, and drive shaped every part of what Ondo is today. His belief in the power of technology to create a more open, accessible financial system lives on in everything we build. The impact he had on this industry, and on all of us personally, cannot be overstated.
Nate also helped us build a durable organization with experienced leaders across all facets of the business. Ian De Bode, Ondo Finance’s longtime President, will serve as CEO. Ian has been leading our strategy, product, and day-to-day operations for over two years and has the full confidence of the leadership team.
We will continue building what Nate started. That is the most meaningful way we know to honor him.
