There's been some notable seismic increase from Italy to Türkiye in the last 5 days:

Italy - M 6.0
Greece - M 5.5, M 5.1
Western Türkiye - M 5.1
Central Türkiye - M 5.3

A stronger tremor is possible near one of these areas. I would also focus on areas in-between, like Levant-Cyprus, Crete and the Aegean.
