Moved to lower deck and it is the same down here, with the addition of the smell of the toilets. This is unbelievable that you have buses functioning like this. Everyone on the bus is sweating and feels like they can’t breathe. Hot air actively coming out of the vents.

@Oxford_Tube we are on a bus to London and the upper deck air con has just gone off and it is now boiling up here. Driver says he can’t do anything about it. We are cooking. Lower deck appears fine.

The water in my water bottle has warmed up from the ambient temperature. What is wrong with the settings on the air system on your buses that this temperature has been set and that the driver can’t do anything about it?
