Another airport debacle. Lama2 jadi pet peeve! Kayanya @AngkasaPura_2 perlu melatih petugas untuk service orientation juga deh. People seek joy from travelling, or needing to get things done. Airport experience should be delightful, not like being herded like cattle!

Suhu ruang... banyak banget kajian akademik yg rekomendasikan range suhu nyaman bandara antara 20-25C. CGK? Oh sudah pasti tidak! Mau berangkat mau datang, apalagi T3... hoooo jangan harap serendah 25. Bukti: lihat aja yg kipas2, yg kringetan, yg kerumun di depan jalur ventilasi.

Apa yg bikin @AngkasaPura_2 ngerasa bahwa CGK layak jadi world's best airport?? Sbg pengguna bandara dgn frekuensi SANGAT tinggi, banyak kota dan banyak negara secara reguler, CGK is one of worst!

Trus petugas trolley buat apa digaji kl tugasnya cuma buat "maaf troli ga boleh nyebrang ke area taxi/bus"? Ga ada empati manajemen bandara kepada travellers yg habis long haul, bawa bagasi besar minimal 2?? Kaya gini jadi world's best airport? 🙄

Dari kenyamanan suhu ruang, pengaturan alur, SDM, baik ke keberangkatan maupun kedatangan.. banyak banget yg masih perlu diperbaiki. Pdhal sbg bandara ibukota negara, ini first impression in and last memory out.

Di bandara lain, sebisa mungkin minim angkat2 bagasi jauh2 bahkan sampai luggage check in disediakan di selasar depan sebelum check in desk. Di CGK apalagi T3... trolley ga boleh nyeberang ke area taxi. Barang harus ditenteng sendiri nyeberang ke public transport tanpa troli.
