If Brigadier Mokwele was my daughter, God knows I would be knocking on the President's door throwing all my toys out of the cot, demanding justice for my child. Since we are ordinary citizens and Mothers to her by extension, we call upon President Ramaphosa to fire Advocate Andrea Johnson with immediate effect. No person deserves what this young lady has been subjected to, due to abuse of power by Johnson and her subordinates.

I don’t wanna assume that everyone understands, therefore, I have decided to put together a piece about this much talked-about Section 27 and the controversy surrounding it.

Festofol, what is a Section 27 Referral?

Think of it as a legitimate golden back-door for reporting crime. Instead of standing in a long queue at Moroka police station to report stolen property and have to deal with Constable Masuku who will ask a million questions, only to give you an unnecessary advice that next time you should try to lock all the doors, and you should buy a pitbull, Section 27 allows you to report High-Level Corruption directly to IDAC, the specialists in high profile case investigations. All you need is a sworn affidavit.

Now, Fadiel ‘Fadafada’ Adams used this legitimate back door to report alleged corruption in Crime Intelligence, and this led to the arrest of the Head of Crime Intelligence, Lt. Gen. Dumisani Khumalo and the others. The main accusation was that he skipped the rules to hire a civilian, Dineo Mokwele (a former BMW employee) and made her a Brigadier. Mind you, there were no facts in that document even.

Dlangi’s Smokey Steakhouse is now asking IDAC some of the toughest questions on this matter.
We have The Blind Investigator, The Docket Carrier, Bryan ‘Paddatjie’ Padayachee, The lead investigator who admitted that he has never read this sworn statement before starting the investigation! Like a 5-year old boy who is given R50 and told to go and buy 4 tomatoes and 2 litre Coke, and when he gets there he says to my friend “Can I have 4 cokes and 2 litres of tomatoes please!” He just went off with what he was told verbally.

Interestingly, we’ve learned that IDAC didn't just wait for a voluntary complaint as it’s supposed to be; they actually headhunted Fadafada Adams and literally asked him to file the complaint so they could move swiftly and arrest General Khumalo and his mense. I hope this makes sense to those who were unsure.

@DadaMorero The biggest lesson here is that delayed enforcement becomes expensive enforcement. Every loophole left open eventually becomes someone else's legal defence. Close them, defend bylaws in court, and enforce the law. That's what we taxpayers are paying for.

Given current events, I’m now inclined to believe the claim from the strange ‘prison letter’ from Matlala’s cell mate, claiming Andrea Johnson and Shamila Batohi were on the phone at some point with Cat Matlala and his lawyers making all sorts of propositions
