@JetBlue If a flt is full and not enough pax paid for Even More seats and elected to have seats assigned at check in - do u say they have to pay addt’l fee to stay on the flt, do u bump them to another flt because no “free seats” available, or do u just assign them an Even More seat?

@JetBlue just another lovely on board experience -NOT! 2 completely empty rows of seats in front of me - while I’m elbow to elbow with another pax. Scooted up and very rude flight att Erin says - nope that’s not your seat go back. Love the customer service 😬😩 Flt 1037 BOS-DTW
