I just wanted to share an absolutely wonderful experience that we had with Delta Airlines. On our trip back from San Juan Puerto Rico yesterday (flight 1946) we were given a complimentary upgrade to First class. But that was only just the beginning. When we boarded the airplane, the pilot Captain David, offered my 12 year old daughter Kimmy, the opportunity to get a view of the cockpit of the Boeing 737-800 that we were flying on.

And it gets even better, Captain David also allowed my daughter to sit in the Captain's seat💺 and pose for some INCREDIBLE photos. The Captain also showed her some of what seemed like a million flight controls and explained what they did.

My daughter Kimmy said that she can't wait to share the photos with her friends and that it was the "Ultimate Flex".

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to not only Captain David but to the entire flight crew and of course including the flight attendants. The flight attendants were beyond friendly and our filet mignon dinner was delicious. It was an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience!

Top Notch service from the beginning to the very end. This entire crew needs to be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service. And it was my birthday as well. What a birthday present! 🎁

Simply put, it's a memory that neither my daughter or I will ever forget!
