@AmexUK@British_Airways I have BA AMEX for over 8+ yrs, pay for companion vouchers only used a few, pay for the “membership benefits” have loads #avios points & yet can’t book an upgrade as “its not available” funny how there are seats free? What’s the point having one?

Liz sorry I should have been more clear I have tried this on different devices and mobile apps and tried all of your suggestions. Including private browsers as well. What I am saying is why does it seem that you are intentionally blocking the checkout online to force higher prices when I call in? It’s clear this is not a bug your CS alluded to this when I called in, thoughts?
So the saga continunes, trying to upgrade online via your portal, keep getting the error below for the last week. Spoke to your CS team which was an experenice who told me no one can upgrade online you have to call in. Of course the upgrade costs are then £1-£2k exta on top of what your line system quoted - why is this the case, why can't I upgrade online at the price you gave me? As a consumer you have given me the price but then misleading me to call in for a different price all within 8mins of each other?
Same with me I am shocked your Customer Service Team don't have a way of tracking back orders or manufacturing/build process. Its a simple ERP platform. I just got told they can't tell me where or when it will shipped..! For such a good product the back office is letting you down

@wightlinkferry Hi just called ur call centre to ask about multipasses from mainland->island (after living there for 20 years, my family for 40+ years) and now my father is in A&E - looking for a set of multipass to see him, told this is just for islanders, is this true?
