I was always so embarrassed of my abdomen because it was a little bit bloated, that I never put it in the sun. It was as white as a baby's backside. Now it's as tan as someone in India. And and I believe that was one of the keys to getting rid of the fatty liver. Getting sun right over the part that our diseased. Your life will change. I also believe that women should get their entire breasts out in the sun as much as possible without burning. You can learn the physics later after your brain gets stronger.

What If the development of night time lighting started with the natural physics built into the cells of the human retina before anything else?

The short answer is available technology and energy efficiency won first, not human biological design.
When white LEDs were invented, the goal was to save energy. Companies created them by mixing a bright blue LED with a yellow phosphor coating. This combination made a bright white light very cheaply and efficiently, but it left a giant "blue peak" in the spectrum.
