@BridgecrestHelp makes it nearly impossible to make more than a minimum payment on an auto loan. You can’t pay extra on their website. If you send a check by mail, they told me they won’t pay the extra amount to principal even if it’s in the memo note. Shady business practices.

@SCE I need a live person to contact me about my meter being registered to the wrong address. Someone at the registered address shut off my service in a heat wave, and I never got a notification in the mail, or otherwise, because I can’t update my mailing address online.

@SCE you don’t offer email support, and the customer service # says they’re only accepting emergency calls. I have a baby. My freezer melted and I had nonAC in a heatwave. This isn’t acceptable.
