Can I tell you something I really need you to hear?
Before your first mistake. Before you ever felt like you weren't enough. God already wrote your story.
And yet we walk around calling ourselves a mess. Defined by our failures. Convinced we're too broken.
But you are His masterpiece — not because of anything you've done, but because of what He did.
God doesn't make mistakes.
You are proof.
30 years ago I was the starting QB at Utah State University. My senior year I got benched. For the next 15 years I walked around feeling like a certified loser. Then I read this quote from Pat Summitt:
'Winning is fun… Sure. But winning is not the point.
Wanting to win is the point.
Not giving up is the point.
Never letting up is the point.
Never being satisfied with what you’ve done is the point.'
It snapped me out of it. If you’re still carrying a sports setback, a benching, a missed opportunity, or any “I’m not enough” story… this is your permission slip to drop it. The game isn’t over. Your story is not yet written. You are still a work in progress. The point is you keep wanting it. You keep getting up. And you listen to that quiet voice that says, "I will try again tomorrow."
@ClayTravis@Aaron_Torres Turnovers and inability to finish at the rim will cost the Vols in the long run. Should be up 10 at least….but holding leads has been a challenge for these guys too. They play hard, just a few too many weaknesses
@ReedCarringer Offense got away from what worked in the first half. Stopped playing inside out and our bigs, once again, struggle finishing in the paint. Cant beat good teams with consistently having 5+ minutes scoring droughts at some point every night ..imho
