@AskAmex AMEX going downhill in India. It’s been removed from most utility websites as a mode of payment. I hold a platinum charge card and they have now randomly out of the blue assigned a global limit to a CHARGE CARD. when I call the customer care, they have no answers!!!!

@KotakBankLtd have the weirdest internal policies on credit card. I was enjoying a limit of 500,000 while I was spending 50,000. As soon as I spent 300,000, they reduced my limit to 250,000 and charged me an over limit fee of 500 + GST 😂 #letsmakemoneysimple

Bought preferred legroom seats, boarded the aircraft after transit only to know that our seats have been changed due to an aircraft change. The ground staff was called on board and they said to either sit on the new seats or de-board @emirates
