@onwithjohnwx @epawawx I came to the original post to make some comment about science and truth being devalued but this sums it up so much better.

@careygreg10 @astoundconnects That sucks! FWIW, my service has always performed well. And, in this case, Jacklyn @astoundconnects was super helpful.

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

hey @astoundconnects … What’s the reasoning behind not allowing existing customers to upgrade to your 1.5 Gig service? ASTOUNDingly bad customer service…

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

@astoundconnects DM sent… The 1.5 Gig service is available in my area. But I was told by customer service that it’s only available to new customers

@malief46 @HypergeekWiFi @NetworkingNerd @LFoverskov @gingmar @MackenzieWiFi @802Tophat @samuel_clements @TheCMReed @troymart @raymondhendrix @avrilsalterUSA @tauniodia It was great to meet you as well! And there will be some Velaspan swag coming your way!

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

@tonal DM sent. If @XPOLogistics is the delivery / installation partner in our area we will not be placing an order

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

Hey @tonal! Is there a way I can find out which installation partner serves my area? Just had a terrible experience with a @onepeloton delivery / install serviced by @XPOLogistics. Peloton can't use a different partner in my area so the equipment is being returned

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

@XPOCustomerCare DM sent

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

@onepeloton i'm sharing this thread with the hope that a) Peloton may understand how terrible @XPOLogistics is and b) that those considering purchase of a Peloton product can pressure Peloton to use a different delivery and installation service

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

Well… Peloton is unable or unwilling to assign a different delivery partner… and we are unwilling to continue to deal with the dysfunction that is XPO. @XPOLogistics has cost @onepeloton a customer

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

That brings us to today... Spent some time on the phone with Tracy in customer service leadership. Like everyone at Peloton, he's pleasant, sympathetic, and genuinely wants to help. Seems like he's in a position with a bit more flexibility to get things done. We'll see...

[Kerry Kulp @kekulp]

TL;DR @onepeloton products are great... @XPOLogistics is terrible. If you're buying Peloton equipment, BEG them to have anyone other than XPO handle the delivery and installation
