WARNING: LANGUAGE AND VIOLENCE

Fairfax, Virginia - April 23, 2025

At 2:36 p.m., Jamal Wali, a 36-year-old from Afghanistan, who served with US forces, was stopped by Fairfax police. He was very argumentative, refused to obey commands and fired on the police - hitting one officer in the bicep, another in the forearm.

"You brought me to this country and I don't have anything."

"I can't go back to my country because of you."

"I should have served with the Taliban. Since 2014, I'm concerned more about you people."

He was shot 4 times by another officer standing on the other side of the vehicle, transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.

The video is 20 minutes from multiple angles, including dashcams and bodycams.
