People don’t trust you because you work hard.

They trust you because: things don’t fall apart when you’re involved.

Most delays in work don’t happen during execution.
They happen in:
• assumptions
• silence
• “I thought you knew”

I’ve had days where I was doing 10 different things…

and the only reason nothing broke was because I remembered everything in my head.

That’s not efficiency.

That’s risk.

“Be proactive” is incomplete advice.

Because some people try to be proactive without context…
and end up creating more confusion.

Real proactivity is: understanding the system first, then moving intentionally.

Soft skills are not soft.
Communication, organization, reliability and problem solving will take you further than most technical skills.

Lol I actually cry over everything except horror movies.
I cry when I’m sad.
I cry when I’m happy.
I cry when I’m hungry.
I cry when I’ve overreacted.
I cry when I’m upset.
Over every single thing!
But I’ll watch HORROR movies and not cry no matter what happens lol na wah

“just an assistant” is the most underestimated sentence in any workspace.

I was waiting too much.

Waiting for instructions.
Waiting for direction.
Waiting to be told what mattered.

Everything changed when I stopped waiting and started paying attention.

There was a point in my career where I noticed something uncomfortable.

I was doing everything I was told.

And I was doing it well.

But I wasn’t growing the way I expected.

It took me a while to realize why.

And to be honest, those things helped me grow.

But at some point, I realized they were no longer enough.

So yes, work hard.

But also learn how to make work WORK better.

That mindset changed my career.

And honestly, that applies to careers too.
