@HonestYPTweets I think you’re right here. Personal forgiveness and redemption are possible through the blood of Christ, full repentance, and ongoing sanctification. But. In no way should a sex offender or abuser ever be given a place of authority again, especially within ministry leadership.

Still processing the last few days at the #SBC24 with my amazing #gbcfamily

It was my first time at an annual meeting, and what an incredible experience. I’m quite in awe of the whole thing.

Such a diverse group, from different backgrounds, and hearing them pray in different languages was moving.

I’m already planning for next year.

One of the most impactful moments was the missionary sending ceremony. It was like nothing I’ve ever seen! A beautiful way to launch these men and women into the their calling to share the gospel.
