@MoHS_MLTchr Okay thanks - since Habitat originates the mortgage they hold the loan so they can sell to whoever. The only residency requirement to be approved for a loan is that an applicant must have either lived or worked in Cville, Albemarle, Greene or Louisa for at least the previous year
