@Carters so I put my order in last week money was taken out and today was put back in my account. I received no emails in regards to what was going on and cannot reach a rep!
@FinanceCastle never in my life have I ever dealt with a company like this. Besides the fact that they never informed us about a lien on our house. They never return phone calls or emails. Next I report them to the Better Business Bureau and get an attorney.. DO NOT USE them!

@empirefloorscom empire uses @Fortiva_RC for one of retail credit cards. And I have nothing but issues especially with getting my refund. I have been getting the runaround and still have not received my refund so almost 2000. Do not work with company
@Fortiva_RC to continue my rant. I spoke to 2 agents today & a supervisor I have been given the wrong information from each of them. The only thing the supervisor said to me was sorry you were misinformed & that now I wont be refunded until this friday. Costumer service is awful
@Fortiva_RC for anyone that uses fortiva retail card through Empire do not use them. Since friday I have been given the runaround for a refund that was supposed to be credited back into my checking account of almost 2000 it was suppose to be in there today. Still not there.

@KidsFootLocker I've been on hold for over 40 mins with your costumer service still haven't talked to anyone. I was delivered the wrong pair of sneaker for my son, wrong style,size and they were for girls. This is insane how I cant reach anyone
