Insane. Senate "passed" a major DHS bill at 3 AM by voice vote — only ~5 senators in the chamber, no roll call, no cameras.
If they weren't in DC, they literally couldn't vote.

Nah, don't think so. She had financial issues, a 2023 dui and a driving on a revoked license for a prior dui that was dismissed. She was hired on a Los Alamos National lab just before the 2023 incident. They were behind on property taxes, her account was overdrawn. Her security clearance was in jeopardy, possibly being revoked. She ran.
