Hi @marksandspencer we ordered a sofa from you on 21st March with delivery confirmed for today, no word from you to say otherwise, the message on your website says you are delivering as normal. However have just spoken to your customer service team who told me the supplier

stopped producing in March and has only started up again this week, so our sofa will not be coming today & you can’t actually tell us when it will be coming. I dont mind a delay due to Covid but I DO mind the fact I had to proactively call to find this out, and to top it all off
