I haven’t received a reply to my issue. But a 67.00 Cancellation fee after a minute and was told it would be refunded and order for the correct Address and spent 100.00I told Uber immediately did what the agent said to do. You can’t talk to a supervisor

@UberEats shame on you Uber eats for keeping money from a canceled order. Ordered from the wrong city turned around and ordered from the correct one and they won’t give my 67.97 refund. Then tell me there is no upper management. After I gave them all the receipts they need.

@amazon wouldn’t be amazing if agents didn’t lie about an order that was suppose to be here yesterday then changed the story. It is 10 mins from my house won’t be delivered until next week but all my orders were on the truck yesterday. I am actually getting deliveries today.

@AmazonHelp I was actually told last night that the supervisor will personally take care of this and make sure it got delivered. It is so mins for my house, all orders were on the truck out for delivery and I have or orders coming today. So for the agent lying to me getting caught
